Himanshu is our on-site coordinator at the BP plant (formerly Amoco Chemical) in Joliet.  He has over 12 years experience in piping and mechanical engineering and design, and CAD (AutoCAD, CADPIPE, and Microstation).  He has developed equipment layout, piping plans, and isometric drawings for a major boiler replacement project, for a dryer replacement project, for installation of high pressure hydraulic actuators, and for a variety of HAZOP projects.  He updated manufacturing flow diagrams, piping plans, and spool drawings for Wastewater Treatment and Oil Movements areas at Exxon-Mobil in Joliet.  He is responsible for developing cost estimates, schedules, and manpower plans for specific projects.  His previous experience includes construction supervision at a $200M petrochemical plant for Indian Petro Chemicals, Ltd. in Baroda, India, where his duties included scheduling fabrication and erection of pipes and rotary equipment and enforcing AWS and ASTM-IX codes on x-rays and stage inspections.
